My goal is to educate my people (meaning you!) so you understand how to take care of your body! There are many ways to do it and I don't want you to get overwhelmed! Just take a baby step and get used that to that ONE step for a week or a month or however long it takes you and then add another baby step.

The goal is to look back and feel stronger and healthier than you were a week or month or a year ago! It's a process! Life is a journey...we don't do things and arrive and coast for the rest of our lives. We're constantly learning and growing and reaching!
